Why hire virtual assistants (VA)?

Where are your VAs located? What languages do they speak?

Our virtual assistants are primarily from the Philippines, but we also have team members in Central and South America. Additionally, we operate a physical call center office in Belize. All of our virtual assistants are fluent in English, and we also provide bilingual virtual assistants proficient in English and Spanish.

How do you track the time of the VAs?

We utilize a system known as Time Doctor to monitor the time of our virtual assistants (VAs). This system enables VAs to track their time automatically and allows us to observe their tasks and websites/tools. If there are concerns about our VAs’ productivity, we can use Time Doctor to assess the time they spent on various tasks and determine whether it was productive.

At OnPoint Virtual Support, we call our virtual assistants Impact Assistants. They go through a thorough recruiting process to ensure we offer you the best candidates for placement at your company. Impact Assistants truly make a difference and have a significant impact on your business.

Will I be able to choose my own VAs, or will you select them for me?

We have clients who fall into either of those categories. For most tasks, our clients trust us to provide excellent VAs. However, some clients prefer to assess the candidates beforehand for more crucial tasks, such as intakes. We usually send these clients recordings of the VA candidates and then schedule interviews with the VAs they are most interested in.

How do you ensure the security and compliance of our data?

To keep client security and compliant, every OPVS Impact Assistant receives HIPAA compliance training. We also work with Black Talon to protect your business proactively with their top-notch cyber prevention solutions. Client information is not stored locally on the Impact Assistant’s computer. We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the level of security provided.

How is my virtual assistant paid?

We pay the VAs, and you pay us. We will invoice clients each month for the upcoming month of VA hours. In each invoice, we will adjust the payment from the previous month based on the actual hours worked by the VAs. It is normal for us to apply a small credit or overage charge based on this adjustment calculation.

What if I am not satisfied with the VA staffed at my company?

Our clients usually have great experiences with our VAs, but we understand that this may not always be the case. If one of our VAs doesn’t meet your expectations, we will promptly assign a replacement. We generally request that you allow the VA some time to improve after receiving clear expectations, but we are prepared to provide you with a new VA if necessary.

We provide clients with several tips and tricks to help their VAs succeed. When you start working with your VAs, we will give you a go-live checklist and a list of VA tips. These resources will provide you with various tactics to help ensure the success of your VAs.
